Senior Vice President - Chief Planning Officer (CA)

As Senior Vice President and Chief Planning Officer, John coordinates with clients, Financial Advisors and outside advisors in understanding and articulating our clients financial complexities and objectives.  

Prior to joining Auric, John was Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Merrill Lynch.  Starting at Merrill Lynch in 1998, John also served in a number of management and training leadership roles. John holds both the Certified Financial Planner (CFP@) certification awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. as well as the widely respected CFA designation, awarded by the CFA Institute.  John graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Economics and from the Executive MBA program, with honors, at the University of Southern California.  John is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Orange County.

In his spare time, John enjoys reading, exercising and home improvement projects. He lives in Laguna Hills with his wife and is also actively involved with his Church as a volunteer.
