ABOUT KRISTEN
Kristen is a Partner and the Director of Human Capital at Auric Capital Partners, where she focuses on building a culture of service, collaboration, and excellence that benefits both clients and the team. Her career has spanned early childhood education, real estate, and property management, each chapter deepening her commitment to people and relationships.
In 2018, Kristen joined Merrill Lynch as a Wealth Management Client Associate with McKelvy Schellenberg & Associates, and she was proud to help launch Auric Capital Partners. She is a Southern California native, married with three adult children, whom she enjoys spending as much time with as possible.
Kristen lives by a Maya Angelou quote that shapes how she works: "I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel." That belief shows up in everything from how she leads the team to how she engages with clients.
Outside of work, Kristen enjoys fly fishing, hiking, gardening, and time at the beach. She is a member of the Sanctuary EmpowerHer Committee, where she heads up the wellness corner.
Her Labradors, Angus and Norah, keep her grounded, and her love of family, the outdoors, and good books keeps her inspired.
